  • Letter from Superintendent Re: California Testing of Students in Grades 2-8

by Brian Marshall, Superintendent, La Mesa - Spring Valley School District
The California State Legislature requires school districts to administer the California Standards Test to all regular and special education students in grades two through eleven. The California Education Code allows parents to exempt their child from any of these testing programs. Please review this letter for information about the testing. If you have questions, please contact your child's teacher or your school's principal.
