REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
- Follow registration & payment instructions on each club flyer.
- Payment must be sent directly to the vendor.
- PLEASE NOTE: The Murdock school office is not responsible for forwarding payment to outside organizations.
- Do not submit your payment or registration forms to the school office, except for Metta’s Arts & Crafts and Garden Club.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
ON THE DAY YOUR CHILD'S CLUB MEETS:
All club instructors meet the students at the upper playground after school each week and then move to their assigned location.
If your child is in ESS, all ESS students must check in with ESS before reporting to their club.
All Kinders will be escorted to clubs by their teachers or ESS.
WHERE WILL YOUR CHILD'S CLUB BE HELD:
Club room assignments will be posted on the front office window the first week of the clubs session.
WHERE TO PICK UP YOUR CHILD AFTER THE CLUB IS DISMISSED:
Students in ESS will be taken to the auditorium after their clubs. All other students will be waiting for pick up at the lunch tables.
Students not picked up 10 minutes after clubs end will be taken to the school office. If the office is closed, they will be taken to ESS in the auditorium. Parents will be required to sign out for their child(ren) on the second late pick up, and on the third late pick up be required to pay for a full week of ESS fees.
